Blue Creek in Northern California is home at one point to nearly all of the salmon on the West Coast. We had the opportunity to explore this area and get a glimpse of why it is such a sacred place.

I had the opportunity to bring a group of filmmakers, photographers and friends on a content capture for Western Rivers Conservancy in Northern California. Blue Creek is a cold-water refuge where much of the salmon of the West call home at some point and Instrument was asked to help create a campaign and help raise funds for the fundraising effort. The resulting film was meant to capture the sacred space and emotional connection people have on this river.
